CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that plans and schedules can change.
Customer Cancellations

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact ATP Junk Removal LLC as soon as reasonably possible.

If a deposit, cancellation fee, trip charge, reservation fee, or other applicable charge applies to a particular service, the amount and applicable conditions will be disclosed to the customer before the customer becomes responsible for the charge.

ATP Junk Removal LLC will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.
Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule an appointment based on available scheduling.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability for a particular date or time.

Missed Appointments or Inaccessible Properties

If ATP Junk Removal LLC arrives for a confirmed appointment and cannot reasonably access the property, cannot contact the customer, or is unable to begin work because required access or authorization was not provided, a trip charge may apply if that charge was disclosed to the customer in advance.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by ATP Junk Removal LLC

ATP Junk Removal LLC may need to reschedule an appointment because of:

• Severe weather

• Unsafe working conditions

• Equipment problems

• Emergencies

• Road or transportation conditions

• Disposal facility closures

• Employee availability

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control
   

If this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and arrange another service time.

Legal Cancellation Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or limit any cancellation, rescission, refund, or cooling-off right provided to a customer under applicable Oklahoma or federal law.
