CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern requests for services from ATP Junk Removal LLC ("ATP Junk Removal," "we," "us," or "our") through our website, by telephone, by text message, by email, through advertising platforms, or through other communications.

By requesting, scheduling, or authorizing services from ATP Junk Removal LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Requests and Scheduling
Submitting an estimate request, contact form, booking request, or other inquiry does not guarantee an appointment or create a final service agreement.
Service is considered scheduled once ATP Junk Removal LLC confirms the appointment with the customer.

Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, disposal facility schedules, previous jobs, equipment issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Estimates and Quotes
ATP Junk Removal LLC may provide estimates based on information supplied by the customer, including photographs, descriptions, measurements, expected volume, type of material, location, and accessibility.

Estimates provided through the website, telephone, text message, email, photographs, or other remote communication are based on the information available at the time.

The final price may change if the actual job differs from the information originally provided.
Factors that may affect pricing include:

• Amount and volume of material

• Weight of material

• Type of material

• Labor requirements

• Stairs or difficult access

• Distance items must be carried

• Disassembly requirements

• Equipment requirements

• Disposal or recycling fees

• Special handling requirements

• Location of the job

• Additional items added by the customer

• Conditions discovered after arrival
   

When reasonably possible, ATP Junk Removal LLC will inform the customer of a material price change before performing additional work.

3. Website Pricing
Prices displayed on the ATP Junk Removal LLC website are intended to help customers understand typical or starting service costs.

Website pricing does not constitute a guaranteed quote unless specifically stated otherwise.
Final pricing is determined based on the actual scope and conditions of the job.

ATP Junk Removal LLC may update website pricing, minimum charges, service areas, or available services at any time.

Any price specifically confirmed to a customer for a scheduled job will control over general website pricing for that job.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the requested service.
The customer represents that they own the items being removed or have authorization from the property owner or other authorized party to have those items removed.

Customers are responsible for identifying items that should not be removed.

The customer should secure valuables, important documents, medications, jewelry, cash, firearms, sentimental property, and other items that should remain at the property before service begins.

ATP Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for property that a customer authorized, directed, or reasonably appeared to authorize for removal.

5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and items to be removed.

This may include providing gate codes, parking access, building access, elevator access, or other permissions.

The customer is responsible for informing ATP Junk Removal LLC in advance about known hazards or unusual conditions, including unsafe structures, aggressive animals, contaminated materials, sharp objects, pest infestations, or restricted access areas.

6. Items We May Refuse
ATP Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to refuse any material or job that cannot be safely, legally, or reasonably handled, transported, or disposed of.

Certain materials may require advance approval or may not be accepted at all, including hazardous chemicals, fuels, explosives, medical waste, biological waste, asbestos-containing material, certain paints or solvents, pressurized containers, and other regulated or dangerous materials.

Customers should disclose unusual, hazardous, extremely heavy, or potentially regulated materials before service.

7. Changes to the Job
Customers may request additional removal services while ATP Junk Removal LLC is on site.
Additional items, labor, equipment, or disposal requirements may result in additional charges.
ATP Junk Removal LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in price before completing additional requested work.

8. Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated to the customer before or at the time service is performed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service.
If a deposit, reservation payment, trip charge, special disposal charge, or other advance payment is required, the amount and applicable terms will be disclosed before the customer becomes responsible for the charge.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. ATP Junk Removal LLC does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information processed directly by those providers.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the ATP Junk Removal LLC Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Customers should contact ATP Junk Removal LLC as soon as reasonably possible when an appointment must be changed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a customer's cancellation, rescission, refund, or other rights provided by applicable Oklahoma or federal law.

10. Weather, Safety, and Delays
ATP Junk Removal LLC may delay, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue work when conditions are unsafe or circumstances make completion of the service impractical.

These circumstances may include severe weather, dangerous property conditions, equipment problems, emergencies, road closures, disposal facility closures, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and arrange another service time when appropriate.

11. Property Conditions and Damage
ATP Junk Removal LLC will make reasonable efforts to protect customer property while performing services.

Customers should disclose fragile surfaces, damaged structures, weak flooring, underground utilities, landscaping concerns, restricted areas, or other conditions that could reasonably affect the work.

ATP Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, unsafe structures, customer instructions, or conditions that could not reasonably have been known before work began.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Disposal, Recycling, and Donation

ATP Junk Removal LLC may determine the appropriate disposal, recycling, transfer, or donation method for materials removed from a property unless another arrangement has been specifically agreed upon.

Once items have been removed and transported from the property, recovery of those items may not be possible.

Customers should confirm that all items intended to remain have been separated from items designated for removal before service begins.

13. Photographs
Customers may submit photographs to assist ATP Junk Removal LLC in preparing estimates or understanding the requested service.

Photographs submitted for an estimate will be treated as customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ATP Junk Removal LLC will not use identifiable photographs of a customer's private property for advertising or promotional purposes without permission where permission is required.

14. Communications
By providing a telephone number or email address while requesting service, customers authorize ATP Junk Removal LLC to contact them regarding their inquiry, estimate, appointment, service, payment, or related customer-service matters.

This does not automatically enroll a customer in promotional text-message marketing.

15. Website Information
Information on the ATP Junk Removal LLC website is provided for general informational purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Service availability, prices, service areas, and other information may change.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATP Junk Removal LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, scheduling delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms
ATP Junk Removal LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version will be posted on our website with the date of the most recent update.
